its the Italian version of a grilled cheese. Only the bread is soaked in eggs then a slice of mozzarella imbetween the bread and then cook the bread with the cheese inside.

A Delicious kebab oozing with meat, onions, vegetables with sauce. If i'm at home i don't bother with anything. Kebabs, mmmmmm!
