I empty the fridge and take the racks/shelves out and soak them in the bathtub in a bit of hot water and a little bit of bleach... While the shelves/racks are soaking I spray/wipe down the inside of the fridge.. I dry the shelves, racks and replace.... I do this about once every 3-6 months... I have glass racks that fit into a plastic frame.. Very easy to clean.... I also take the bins/drawers out as well and clean...

I use a sink of hot sudsy water using dish soap.

make it as hot as you can stand it, because by the time you are done, it has cooled quite a bit.
