Well i like to act and I would like to know where are some places for kids to get into acting

Do not go to John Robert Powers. Ever.
Check out Classika Theatre in Shirlington and Little Theatre of Alexandria in Old Town. If you're willing to go to MD, Imagination Stage in Bethesda has some good programs and shows for kids.

My husband is from Baltimore and is advising me on distances. None of the children's theaters I could find are really close to Arlington. He says John Robert Powers is the only one that would be convenient:
