A monolouge is delivered to another character, a soloiquy is delivered to the audience. a good ex of a soloiquy is in hamlet, the to be or not to be scene.

A monologue is not necessarily delivered to another character. A soliloquy is a monologue which is delivered when the actor is alone on stage, and a monologue does not have that limitation. However, monologues definitely include soliloquies.
