Besides what others have said I would like to add that all eukaryotes have histones bound to DNA which act as general suppressors of genes; and all eukaryotes have membrane systems that compartmentalize the cytoplasm into regions where various classes of molecules are sequestered.

Eukaryotes all have a nucleus and membrane-bound organelles. Copy that word for word.

Prokaryotes and eukaryotes are of different kindgoms, if I remember correctly. There are two prokaryote kingdoms and four eukaryote kingdoms.

prokaryotes and eukaryotes are never in the same kingdom.
Eukaryotes are part of the Eubacteria knigdom.
Prokaryotes are part of the Archaerbacteria kingdom.
