For some reason I'm constantly cold, like right now it's summer and I can still get goosebumps in 70 degrees. I always have to put on blankets when I'm trying to fall asleep. My hands are usually freezing compared to the rest of me too, I'm not sure about my feet though :P
I know it's not a mental thing, where I "think" I'm cold and develop goosebumps from that. It's usually unexpected where I walk someplace that's room temperature or below and think it's cold. I almost never use the air conditioning because of this, except for in extreme heat. I think around 80 degrees or above, as long as its not humid, it a good/warm temperature

Can anyone tell me why or what I can change? (besides wearing tons of clothes)

p.s.
I never wear skirts or shorts. So it's not really that. And I weigh average, equal amounts of muscle and fat.

You might want to make an appoinment with your doctor to rule out any medical problems such as an iron deficiency or thyroid problems.

Hi, well some people just have different blood types, so they are cold more than others. No worries, there is nothing wrong with you. You can drink more hot things, lol, no just kidding. Um, there is not really anything you can do. If you are really conserned and want professianal help, you should consult your doctor. He/she wil know what to do. best of luck. hope I helped.

Join the world of women babe. It's just a part of being us. I could sit on top of a wood furnace and be cold. That's alright. Sometimes is changes as you get older or have kids.

Well, I know you said not to say this, but just put on a bunch of clothes. You know what i'm saying, instead of wearing some short skirt thing and complaining your cold all day, wear a pair of pants and a sweat shirt. Problem solved. Or maybe your one of those super skinny, "I don't ever eat anything because I don't want to look like rosie o'donnell" kinda girls. In that case, go out, buy an entire sheet cake, and go to town. Gain a few pounds, put some fat on them bones and keep the heat in. Again, Problem solved.

Its because you are a female. Your body is designed to keep the womb warm, if you get pregeant and its normal for femaleas to have cold fingers and toes and extremities.
