anytime you are doing two piercing at once in the same area, it is much painful than just one. you will feel a lot of "pressure" from the first piercing. the second hole will definately hurt because blood has already rushed to that area and your nerves are already irriated--i get a little light headed. i would still recommend doing both piercing at once--less healing time. i think the healing time is more annoying than the actual piercing. do it! if you don't like it or grow out of you, you can take it out.

A needle stuck through your lip in two places. I would say so.

my sister got them...snakebites in her bottom lip and she said it didn't hurt as bad as things in her ears...but.
a lot of people thought it looked really ugly. most people refer one on the bottom vs. two.
still, do what you wanna do..
see what it's like.

they stick a piece of metal through your lip. of course it hurts.

It's not only unattractive, it is also a health hazard as well, it can lead to infection.
