I don't have this problem with any other program. has anyone else come accross this problem and have any solutions. Cheers.

Hi - it is simply not possible for 1 program to do this and not another. The graphical output from any program is the same as any other as far as your monitor is concerned.

The only cause of images being burned onto a screen is the amount of time a still image is displayed without changing.

So if you leave any program running for extended periods it will burn an image onto your screen.

Remember this is why "screen savers" are called such, as you set them to come on after say 30 minutes and the moving image of the screen saver will mask the still image that would be there if you did not run the screen saver.

If you are leaving any computer and monitor on for long periods you might like to set the power settings in "control panel" so that the monitor screen goes off after say 30 minutes. It will come back on as soon as you press any key or move the mouse (sometimes you need to dab the "Esc" key on some setups). You are also saving energy costs by doing this.

What do you mean burning an image to the monitor i have never heard of this only through gaming.
