Well if you are 4 weeks pregnant, that means that you conceived 2 weeks ago when you ovulated, since your pregnancy is counted from the first day of your last period. Implantation would have just occured last week, so anything you've felt for 3 weeks is not from your pregnancy. However, mild cramping is normal in early preganncy.

I am 7 1/2 weeks and having the same lower back pains. I didn't think they came this early but I guess with all the hormones, etc. they can come anytime. I have the same symptoms, cramping, back pain, leaking and now the nausea is in full effect - eat while you can!!! I have started dry heaving and am trying to hide it from people at work. Let me tell you - Preggie Pops work a little and so does lemonade for some reason. Good luck I am right there with ya!

Totally normal! It is just your body stretching and getting ready to accomodate a little life =). And the feeling like your leaking is probably just discharge...get ready for a lot of that!
Good luck!

yup i had that, like period pains, only a little different. it was the first thing that made me think i was preg. since i usually didn't get cramps until after i started my period. night time was rough, but cramps only lasted about 3 weeks after i got a positive, though everyones different. good luck!

perfectly normal. back pain is actually a sign of pregnancy, and the cramping means your uterus is expanding for the baby.
