Bill collecting must be a really tough job. They have to keep a positive attitude and think they are going to collect, or else they had better find another job.
I sure wouldn't take it as a job, no matter how much you paid me.

Because that's they job, they work for a percent, so they can be jack asses on the phone to you, cause you'll never find them to beat them up. I'd HATE that kind of job; harassing people all day & night long!
