Well, when you buy a product on eBay you should be given some sort of idea of how long it will take. For example if you paid for Priority Shipping then you can expect to receive your item 2-3 days after the seller has shipped. Smart sellers will use Paypal which lets buyers know when items have been shipped and supplies a tracking number (usually).
If your seller has not contacted you to let you know the item has been shipped, contact them! You have a right to know. Sellers are not really responsible for how fast or slow the post office goes.

It depends on what type of shipping they have offered. I would try to stay away from buyers that say Parcel Post (cheapest and Third Class) or Media Mail. They are much slower. First class may be a better bet for shipping and less expensive than Priority and Express. Should take up to 7 business days after they ship it out. As an ebay seller, I advise you to pay ASAP, preferably within 24 hours of winning it. The sooner you pay the sooner you get your item. Also contact your seller to ask when they shipped it out if they have not already. I usually send an email when I ship it.

Once your payment has been recieved, the seller should ship immediately. I don't believe in making anyone wait for something they have paid for. Ebay has a system where you can leave feedback on your experience with the seller or buyer. If you find you waited too long for your item to arrive, by all means, leave a negative feedback. This is the only method of improving the service to other buyers. Good luck

There's no set time, it varies from seller to seller. On eBay, the idea is to get the item as soon as possible, but some sellers take forever to ship. Then there are distance considerations, like overseas vs in the US. Also the way the item was shipped affects the arrival time....First class or media mail, etc.
I'd say just as a rough estimate, if you do not get the package in a week, or a week in a half (if it's being shipped from the US), it's time to ask where it is.

It all depends on how you paid for an item (check, money order, credit card, PayPal, and yes, even cash, in some cases) and the distance you live from the seller. I've been waiting almost 4 years now for a delivery, but I doubt I'll get it. I certainly hope you get your item with ease.

It depends on what type of shipping you paid for. Some sellers only prepare their packages for shipping on certain days and usually they forwarn you that it will take longer after you buy. I've had it take just about a month once. Usually a week to ten days.

depends on the seller, it should say in his/her auction
at the bottom or in the description
must people ship out within 3 days so it will take 5 days or less to ship generally
just depends on where you live, where the seller lives, and when the seller ships

it all depends on the seller, check the seller's feedback and that willl give you an idea on how fast he shipped things to people in the past.

Could you be anymore unspecific. It could take anywhere from a day to 5 years. Where are you buying from, where do you live, what is the method of payment and shipping.....Those are all factors you have to consider.

depends on how fast the person sends it out. usually it shouldn't take longer than 2-3 weeks (extreme).
