NO
You mean will the frozen north unfreeze exposing new natural resources, yes.
But, the loss of the polar bear and the flooding of the ports will be more trouble than it is worth so in the end NO Canada will not benefit from global warming.
Already the ice sheet is retreating and exposing land and maybe even resources that could be used. The race is on to find and exploit these resources. Denmark, the owning nation of Greenland is looking eagerly to its northern artic wasteland that may become useable.
Meanwhile Russia has been claiming parts of the ocean floor and other Northern European countries are having territory disagreements. What was once worthless land may not hold something valuable.
Alaska was known as Seward's Folly, after the Secretary of State bought it. The Gold Rush and the later Oil finds proved that to be wrong.
There is no reason to NOT expect more resources like that in Canada, they are frozen over and it is hard to drill through the permafrost of the tundra, but as global warming continues some of this land will unthaw and it may be useful. After all the only thing that people don't make is new land.
The problem is that all the coastal cities will be flooded. The Bay of Fundy has the largest tides in the world; imagine what will happen when the sea level rises a meter or more. A lot of important land to Canada will be lost; important AND developed land that supports a large population. It will be replaced by cold newly unfrozen tundra that has no development, no cities, no roads and may or may not have oil or gold underneath it.
Meanwhile animals like the polar bear will have to move south. They may die out or the may adapt to survive in the new territory. If they do then they will become a great risk to any workers in the region. Currently, when a polar bear comes in sight of a drill on the ice cap all work is stopped and the crew has to go inside until the bear leaves. If that is a once in a while problem then it won't be a big deal, but if it becomes a major problem then it will be the bears who will suffer.
The longer term implications of Global Warming will be even worse. Salt water is heavier than fresh water; like the water form unfrozen glaciers. This water could change sea currents. If the Gulf Stream is changed then Quebec could go from being a chilly place in winter to a Siberian hell. The reduction in the amount of ice changes the amount of heat absorbed and reflected by the earth. As the white disappears then the earth will absorb more heat accelerating the effects of Global Warming and making things even worse.
All this frozen water going into the sea will increase sea levels. Most of Florida will be lost, I haven’t seen a similar map of Canada done, but the danger will be the same; any low lying coastal cities will be threatened and could be totally lost. Vancouver could be lost and that would destroy a lot of Canadian and American film studios. Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island will also be seriously threatened as will any cities near Hudson Bay; which means Churchhill could be flooded. The newly exposed land will be threatened as well so the net effect will be that Canada will lose land and the whole world will be poorer for it.

No, as global warming increases increases earths temperature the ice melts aways leaving citiies flooded as well as exposing the bare tundra. There is a possibility that the excess water may help to produce vegitation on the newly exposed land but many scientist believe that it will result in eroded wasteland.

If you call them thawing out as a benefit, then perhaps. It would warm up their climate a bit... but I'd imagine it would also decrease their size too because of all the excess water that will unlocked from the frozen ice.
I wouldn't say they'd benefit from it.
