What religion/culture is it where men wear a curl on each side of their face? I saw alot of this in Miami.
What is the purpose of that? Do they really use a curling iron on their hair??

Jew , I think they probably do a pin curl rather than a curling iron . I don't know why they do it .

i see that on Rabi's..must be a big community of Jewish people..yeah there is....u can actually see it on "hogan knows best" on vh1..they have an episode on kosher things and invite peole over etc.

i believe that is hasidic(sp) judaism. i've no idea what the reason is but it's easity looked up.
