She's popular for no real reason, he's popular for no real reason, nobody can really explain anything worthwhile either one has done, seems like a match made in heaven.

in all risk, it is going to likely be a dogs combat ,between Oprah and Michelle Obama, that's hard to tell who the winner is although, Michelle Obama feels like she would be able to hold her very own. whilst Oprah has been surrounded via bodyguards who leap into the frey as a replace of permitting Oprah to muss her makeup. Oprah is pampered and spoiled via the entourage that she travels with, i spotted on the trial some years decrease back in Texas that Oprah traveled with a ton of human beings together with her who obeyed her each command to them. If there's a combat between those 2 it is going to pull greater human beings than any of the ideal struggling with bouts or wrestling shows that are on television. Michelle could experience that Oprah is getting too friendly with the POTUS, and is it achieveable they could have an affair, like Kennedy and Monroe, or Clinton and Lewinsky?, we are able to could desire to easily wait and notice what happens over right here few weeks, that's ordinary that Oprah did donate severely to the Obama marketing campaign and Oprah may be seeking to income from those donations. Michelle desires to appreciate that if Oprah hadn't donated all that money, she could desire to residing in Chicago married to a junior senator, who nonetheless won't be able to come to a selection which state is his abode state Illinois or Hawaii, the two way he will go away the warmth cranked up will issues warmth up between Michelle and Oprah.

It says that she personally supports him and his platform. The first time I ever heard of Barak Obama was when he was on her show talking about his book "The Audacity of Hope". I have more republican ideals, but I personally like Obama from what I have seen. He seems like a good guy, and perhaps a fresh change for the government. I understand there is a lot of complaint about his lack of credentials, but sometimes I wonder how important those credentials really are when it comes to real life action and decision making. We'll see what happens in the coming months. I guess Oprah likes Obama too, although I'm not familiar enough with their relationship to give a detailed explanation of her support.
Edit: As for the second part of your question, yes. I think it might have some effect on the fight for women's votes between Hillary and Barack, but I don't think it will make a huge difference. In my opinion, the fact that Hillary "could" be the first woman president seems like something that will draw women's votes, but except for the extreme feminists I don't think it will really change anything come election time. I tend to think that women like the fresh idea and it seems novel now, but they will have stopped really thinking that way when it comes time to vote. I'm a woman, and I would never vote for Hillary Clinton. Ever. And no, if she ran, I wouldn't vote for Ms. Rice either.

really looks as though that bandwagon is going to gain a lot of momentum , and then crash and burn. as long as oprah gets all the credit, she'll be happy. when the crap starts flowing
it is inevitably going to be someone else's fault.
by the way, that is just a racial bandwagon that got it's wheels turning because of someone else's agenda. i personally think that the female candidate has yet to get elected, same as the black male candidate. some people are just hoping that the double minority ticket will be their lady luck.
here's hoping not. America isn't strong enough for that mistake yet.

The only reason that Oprah is backing Obama is because he's black. Let's face it. If he weren't in the race she would be supporting Hillary or some other democrat.

I could care less what celebrities think. Why would I? does remembering lines on a set or looking good on camera make you a political expert?
The people in hollywood have enough problem running their own life without doing something stupid (ie: Drugs, DUI, Divorce, Child endangerment, Fights in clubs, Beating up their help, Beating up hotel employees, Sex Tapes, and so on) why should they infulence my decision on who will be president.

It shows she agrees with him and his views. It makes no difference to me at all. I choose my candidate on my values not what a celebrity thinks. I like to think women will not be influenced by her opinions and form their own. I am not voting for Obama as I diagree with his views.

She's got a right to endorse whomever she wants.
But I would be suspicious of anyone that based their decision on a candidate because someone famous endorsed them.

I think they are both awesome...
I'd vote for Oprah if she were running.
As it stands - I will be voting for Obama. But it seems (right now anyway) that I might end up having him as a vice president... which is ok.
Anyway - how could you NOT support him if you were Oprah?
And to answer the people below me who say he has no platform and no credentials:
First of all, Oprah knows more about foreign affairs and spends more time abroad than George Bush does.
Secondly, Obama is a united States senator (has been for 8 years) and supports the issues shown here:
http://blog.360.yahoo.com/blog-R5D9.jk7er.VvWSYKxV8hA--?cq=1&p=102
He has practiced constitutional law after graduating from Harvard. His first law was passed with Republican Tom Coburn, a measure to rebuild trust in government by allowing every American to go online and see how and where every dime of their tax dollars is spent.
Recognizing the terrorist threat posed by weapons of mass destruction, he traveled to Russia with Republican Dick Lugar to begin a new generation of non-proliferation efforts designed to find and secure deadly weapons around the world.
