A total of 26,572 miles so far since march.longest ride from NH to utah and back.

When does summer start and end?
My summer started 01 July 2006.
I have gone 016,349 miles.
I did not go far, the furthest was upstate NY, around Oneida.
Certainly not an Iron Butt ride. Definitely a wet one. About 850 that day.
I record my mileage during maintenance in the log book.
The only other record is the one painted on my gas tank.
It reads:
'06 - 000007
'07 - 013212
it gets updated annually on July 1st, at 2:30pm.
Looking forward to a much bigger number in the near future.

Sorry dude, but YOU can't award anyone with the "Iron Butt" award. Only the Iron Butt Association can do that, and only to riders who have completed and properly documented rides of at least 1000 miles in 24 hours.

racked up almost 3k miles this season, most of them on 400+ mile all-day rides on good weekends, hitting some of my fave haunts, and finding a few others.
to start with the actual iron butt, u would be best to start with the 'saddle sore'. that's 1k miles within 24 hours. there's some rather extreme rides on their site. http://ironbutt.com/about/default.cfm

Not far this year. Only 8,000 miles so far. Still have a few weeks of riding weather left however.
