Where can I find the following information on France in the early 1700's?
If you dont have any sources in mind, answer the questions if you can.

I want information on general things like: Lifestyles, Clothes, Laws, Foods, Money, Transportation, Buildings, etc.

What were the normal everyday lifestyles of people in france at this time?

What was the typical wear for men women and children, and for different classes?

What were the laws these people followed?

What food did they make/ eat?

What was the normal mode of transportation besides walking?

This info's been harder to find on the internet than I thought it would be...

Hmm - the library is still useful, you know! Book on eighteenth century French apparel at http://www.amazon.com/Eighteenth-Century-French-Fashions-Full-Color/dp/0486243311
A reference to French Law can be found athttp://fh.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/reprint/8/4/387.pdf
This looks like a very useful source for all French history, but it is subscription.

If you want to know more about modern French history, ask directly (it was a small part of my degree course) and if you would like to know anything about modern France (today) have a peek at my website at http://www.channelhop.com

Hope this helps just a little.

Look up Louis XV or Voltaire in a search engine as a start.
Rent and watch the 1975 movie Barry Lyndon. The time period in Europe is fairly well depicted.
