Who should I start this week and why?
Jeff Garcia (tampa bay) vs. Seattle
Josh McCown (oakland) vs. Detroit
I heard McCown might start but they haven't made an official decision.

I would say you are in trouble if these are your options but between these 2 if (and wait to be sure) McCown gets the start go with him. He khows how to exploit which Lions he wants to and has more motivation. Garcia has to go up against a pretty solid Seahawk D, McCown gets the Lion D and they arent the so-called "breakout" team some experts are predicting. 2 excellent tackles and 1 excellent linebacker with nothing else around them...they get lit many sundays again this year.

I think this decision really comes down to game-time. McCown or Culpepper might start, so you have to wait to find out who is starting. I would start McCown is he's going to be the starter. If not, then obviously Garcia.

You answered your own question - start Garcia. McCown - no idea if he's starting or not. You have to go with the QB that you know will be starting.

Go with Garcia. You know for sure he's gonna be on the field. You also know that he has a fairly consistent receiver in Galloway, and a decent looking TE in Smith. I wouldn't trust McCown's spotty passing, especially with as inconsistently as Porter and Curry perform.

McCown is starting. I actually think that is a tossup. I would go Garcia though because they ahve a great WR in Galloway!!! Hope that helps!

pass with damon huard no larry johnson they'll attempt to pass the ball. det will positioned too plenty tension on warner so he will have a undesirable pastime. seem for huard to get 2 td passes and prefer 250 yrds interior the air. solid good fortune
