I know it sounds funky lol but i dont know how else to put it! is it dry milk? and why isnt it wet?

That is called colostrum. It is indeed the beginning of breastmilk for your baby :)

Pregnant momma is right.
Or it could just be dry skin and your natural oils are below the dried over skin.
During your shower gently wash your nipples with mild soap and a wash rag. Vaseline after a shower on them will help if it is just dry skin. And if it is milk it will not crust.

lol you put that so delicately lol no it is normal just getting ready for when you have the baby so get used to it the "crusty stuff" will be your very close friend for the next 23 weeks good luck

its likely dried milk, it is leaking in such small ammounts that you don;t notice it when it comes out but as it accumultes and dries it will flake off. Its normal.

Yup! I had the same thing...just "getting ready" and in your 7th month or so you'll start leaking colustrum (spelling?) It's perfectly normal though... congrats :)
