Anger management counselling often works. If you aren't into that, head into a gym for some kickboxing lessons or take a long run and vent the anger that way. Good luck!

Write a letter to the person/thing causing your anger venting all your frustrations. Then you can either keep it, throw it away or give it to the person. Whichever makes you feel better. I've heard this gives great relief from extreme anger.

1) Don't do anything when you get angry bcoz whatever you do may be irrational, illogical and impulsive.
2)Delay your response.
3)Think of earlier occasions where he/she has helped you. this helps your anger to come down.
4)Express your anger in a calm and polite way without hurting the other person.
5)Count 1 to 10
6)Drink a glass of water.
7) leave the place and go to some other place . and always be positive .

Get some small rocks and start pitching them at trees, water, or anything they can't really harm.

Take a stick and find a big, strong tree. Start wailing on the tree until you have it out of your system.

Take a stick and an empty 55 gallon drum, place it outside the window of the person you are angry at when they are sleeping and start beating the heck out of the drum.

Exercise is a good way to get rid of pent up anger.

Punching bag and eating (but don;t tell anyone I said that)... Or you can see a therapist and they'll tell you the root of your anger and help you get rid of it.

find somthing, that doesent matter if it gets destroyed, or a punching bag....and just beat the **** out of it till you can no longer move....but i would pick somthing that wont hurt you when you beat on it.....then sleep....or listen 2 music....or talk about it.
