funny...
6+4=10

2 to the 4th power: 2*2*2*2=4*2*2=8*2=16
4 divided by two: 4/2=2

Therefore, 2 to the 4th power + 4 divided by two=16+2=18

Final: 10/18=5/9

I make a different answer from the first one, you know. I think the 1st one means:
(2 to the 4th power + 4 ) divided by two....

Hope it can help u.

numerator of the fraction: add 6+4=10
denominator: simplify each expression before combining: 2 to the 4th power means: 2x2x2x2=16; 4 divided by 2=2
denominator=16+2

simplified fraction is 10 over 18 or 5 ninths.
If you need this as a decimal, it is: 0.5555...
to reflect EXPONENTS, use the ^ symbol, which is the capitalized number 6 on your keyboard: if some quantity is squared express it as X^2, if it is cubed, X^3, and so on--whatever number is after the carat symbol(^) is the power to be raised to.....Sorry, do not know how to print divided by sign, but you could use fraction form..for example:5 divided by two could be shown as 5/2.

exponent signs are shift+6
division are the same key as the question mark, just no shift

(2^4)+4/2
2*2*2*2=16
16+(4/2)
4/2=2
16+2=18
