Tristen Sage - In my opinion, Tristen is a boy's name. It is a lovely boy's name, but I am not fond of it for a girl. Sage, however, is a beautiful name and feminine =]. If you like Tristen, which is all that matters, it definitely flows nicely with Sage.
Scarlett Sage / Laine - I love the name Scarlett, and every time I hear it I think of Gone With the Wind =] However, Scarlett is a very classic name and won't easily be outdated. It is a great name for both a child and an adult starting a professional career. My middle name preference would be Sage. However, Scarlett Laine sounds slightly better than Scarlett Sage.
Logan Cade - I love Logan, it is a classic. However, I am not too fond of Cade. Cade and any other forms of spelling is a name that is quickly becomming popular to the extent of overused. Consider Logan Hunter, I think that sounds amazing.
Bradley Hunter - Bradley is adorable, and is useful as it can easily be shortened to a cute nickname for ease of conversation. Hunter is also a cute name, and it sounds good next to Bradley. This is an excelent name option.
My two favorites are Scarlett Sage and Bradley Hunter (or Logan Hunter, if you are okay with switching around your middle names).

Wow, this is a tough choice.. all of your name choices are great! It seems like you especially like the name Scarlett so that name will get my vote. My favorite girl name is Scarlett Sage. That sounds cute! My favorite boy name would have to be Logan Cade because I have always loved the name Logan. But go with the name that feels right in your heart or maybe wait until you see the little bundle and decide then on the name..

The girl name is easy for me! I adore Tristan -- properly spelled and on a boy. Luckily I love Scarlett just as much. ;) I can't really vote on the middle names, however, since I wouldn't personally pair two word names. Scarlett Sage and Laine just bring to mind vivid images of a bright-red seasoning or street, I'm afraid.
As to the boys' names, my vote goes to Logan. I realize it's become quite popular -- even trendy -- in recent years, but I've always loved it, so I'm ignoring the numbers here. ;)
Bradley seems just as common, only in a dated sort of way, and I never could warm to Hunter. Just too violent an image for me, and it always manages to make the overall name sound like a phrase (I'm wondering why anyone would want to hunt poor Bradley, know what I mean?). ;) Hope that helps!

Girls:
I LOVE the name Scarlett Sage. I think that Tristen Sage sounds a little too unisex. With a name like Scarlett she'll feel more femenine.
Boys:
Logan Cade. I love that as the middle name. It's adorable.

I like Scarlett Laine, but it sounds like an address. I also like Scarlett Sage McElroy.
I dont really like the name Logan Cade, Bradley Hunter sounds ok... Bradley James sounds better, or Hunter James..

Tristen/Tristan is a boy's name. Don't use it for a girl. Girls have plenty of options and parents shouldn't be feminizing perfectly good masculine names, leaving the boys with fewer and fewer to choose from.
Scarlett is nice...makes me think of actress Scarlett Johansson. Sage is a great middle name with Scarlett.
Both your boy names are good, along with the middle names.
Unfortunately, sooner or later people are going to start using Logan and Bradley for girls. Just wait and see.
