a plane cruising at 264m/s accelerates at 19m/s2 for 4.5s. what is the final velocity? how far will it have traveled in that time?

distance is

d(t)=v0*t+.5*a*t^2

plugging in the numbers
v(4.5)=264+19*4.5

d(t)=264*4.5+.5*19*4.5t^2
