I would go back to my first day of college. I befriended another student who had some very negative influences on me for the next few years. He would always tempt me to do things that got me in trouble and if I resisted he would make me feel bad about it. My real friends told me I needed to stop associating with him, but I wouldn't listen. It actually took a night in jail to make me wake up. I believe our mistakes are as important as our achievements but if I could go back to that first day of college I would avoid him like the plague.

I wouldn't mess up highschool. I did learn from all my mistakes, but if I hadn't mess up in the first place, I wouldn't have to retake all my classes, make my parents suffer and I would've had a better academic record.

Each experience is a stepping stone, wisdom is when we forget the bad and take with us the lessons onto the next step.
