Yep, I sure can tell you what it feels like to be a mat. My best friend of years gone by used to tell me I was a "door mat" because I let people walk all over me. I never did understand, though. I'm a gentle, kind person who doesn't like to make waves. I'm willing to go with the flow. If that makes me a mat, then so be it, I'm NOT changing for anyone.
