I suggest you try missionary with YOU on top, that way you can control the speed, depth, etc.
Include LOTS of foreplay so you are well lubricated and try to relax. Have fun. If it hurts too much, stop and try again at a different time. You could get some water based lubricant if you think you won't be able to produce enough naturally and use that, both on your genitals and your partner's.

Well to start off it hurts no matter what but there are some things you can do to ease the pain buy some lubricant and it will help if he were to start with his fingers just try to relax and the best position would be you on your back.

I agree, take your time & talk to each other, let him know when it doesn't feel good & when it does. You seem like you love each other a great deal & you've waited this long to have intercourse. You should try whatever position feels comfortable for you. Enjoy each other & the journey, rather than the end result.

You need to relax your body before you have sex. Try allot of foreplay, you can rent a porno to get pointers. Missionary position is a position that will relax you, try placing a pillow under you. Because you a small it may hurt, but that will only last that one time. Trust me FOREPLAY before, if you don't then you will be all tense. Good luck

Use protection, like condoms and birth control pills. Lots of foreplay, lube (like KY Jelly or Astroglide) can also help. Make sure you're ready. He can try using his finger(s) first to maybe stretch it out a little bit.
If it's really painful...tell him to go slowly. If it's still really painful, try having a little wine to drink before...to help you relax. The more relaxed you are...the easier it will be.

If after 3 years you are still a virgin, i suggest stay that way. I think the reason you have been together this long without sex is your respect for your body and he appreciates that.

ok well make sure to use lots of lube this way he will get in and it will hurt you less ( which it will, it will hut)
Missionary position w/ u on top is not a good idea because gravity will pull you down once you feel the pain, it will be easier for him to be on top and just tell him what is good, tell him he has to be very very gentle. make sure that you are very aroused, the pain will be less if you are extremely aroused, and make sure that it is very sensual. You have to be comfortable because if you are not you wont be stimulated enough.
try not to plan your first time to much , it has to be something natural something that just happens between the two of you, it will be better if it is more unexpected then planed to a science.

you have gotten good suggestions about the lube and foreply. but the only way for you to control the speed and depth is have him lieing on his back and you in a swating position over him, the only downfall is that you must have strong legs. that gives you the control
