I don't have a credit card cuz or a car so i have to use cash for stuff and also carry stuff myself. The problem is shopping can use a lot of money and carrying that much money is not safe where i live or anywhere really. Its the same for carrying around bags of stuff cuz its not safe. So i end up having to ask my mom to come with me and its so embarrasing! What am i supposed to do?

Save up and buy a CHEAP car. I mean basic transportation only. This should be only SLIGHTLY less embarrassing than asking your mom. If you can't carry cash and 'stuff' between the car and that store, shop somewhere else.

Put your cash in a bank that will give you a visa check card. Works like a credit card, but is tied to your checking account.

come on man.. dont be embarassed.. its your mom who cares about you very much! deal with it! she'll do anything for you so spend as much time you can with her because when you do get a car and credit card, you will not see her much.. thats whats happening to my 2 brothers..when they turned 16-17, they were always out.. so make sure you enjoy the times you have now.. haha.. im 13 and i dont really care if i go with my mom..l0l.. good luck =)

Go ahead and apply for a credit card. If you are denied, you can ask why and get a credit report.
