Have a chat to any adult female about it - a teacher, a nurse, your friend's mom.

I personally find that Midol, taken as directed works wonderfully. I can go from really bad cramps to totally forgetting about them in a short period of time.
It can be purchased over the counter without a prescription but it is still better to let a parent know when you are taking some medications for no other reason than to at least know what's going on in case you had an allergic reaction to the medication. Know also though that Midol does contain caffiene and will keep you up if taken before bedtime. I learned about this the hard way.
God Bless.

I would take a hot bath, use a heating path (place it on your stomach), exercise regularly, avoid caffeine & drink some camille tea.
If your cramps get really bad take some Midol or Ibuprofen.
I would eat healthy nutritious foods (organic when you can) from all food groups.

If you have really bad cramps, you can take Tylenol or Advil. If it's really bad, you can ask your doctor about birth control pills. The pill can sometimes help with cramps.
