I suspect you want to lose weight?
I would eat healthy nutritious foods ( organic when you can), avoid all white stuff (sugar, rice, starch & fast foods) & caffeine. Stay hydrated & drink lots of water & exercise.
I would do something you enjoy doing, swimming, dancing or running etc.
