I take a bath every morning, after perspiring, or when I'm really dirty...
I take a shower when I'm hot/warm, or I want to be refreshed...

I take a shower when I want it quick. But I get into the tub when I want to relax and soak in a warm bubble bath.
And bath is NOT soaking in your own dirt. You could take a shower first before getting into the tub, as I do. (That assumes that your tub is also separate from your shower).

a shower - the only time i take a bath is to relax but then i always feel like i need a shower afterwards....

Shower. But if I am in a nice Las Vegas Hotel with big size bathtub as big as a jacuzzi, then I will go for a bath with a bottle of bubbly. Hell, you only live once!

usually shower because with a bath i still have to rinse off all the suds with a shower afterwards

depends, if i'm in a hotel definitely in a bubble bath.... at home well, a quick 5 minute shower is the way to go

I take long baths. I live in a place where water bill is at a flat rate of P25 a month. We can even leave the faucets open the whole day even in times of drought.
