I and my Egyptian family and friends hate and despise terrorism and those who misguidedly support it in any way.
It is one of the most cowardly acts that can be perpetrated by man against man.
No where in the teachings of Islam or in the Holy Qoran does the Prophet pbuh, even come close to telling us that terrorism and martyrdom by the act of suicide is justified.
Rather He teaches us that all human life and indeed all living things are creations of Allah and therefore should be loved, treasured and maintained the best way we can in our own humble way.
To kill or to order the death of another human being is a sin of the greatest magnitude.
To even associate oneself with such individuals is to commit an act of great sin.
Terrorism is an act committed by misguided fools and lost souls who have been brainwashed by fanatics under the influence of shaytyn.
I am a recent convert to Islam and have found that Islam teaches me more about respect for the the sanctity of life,the individual and the family than Christianity.
Even though the primary message of both is one of love, peace and respect for yourself as an individual and among all of mankind.

You should know that not all Americans denounce Muslims and think you're all terrorists; a small majority do, but most don't. It's the extreme on both ends.


EDIT TO YOUR EDIT:
It may feel like most people are bashing Muslims, but it really is a small minority. Out of all the people I know, probably like 2% are prejudiced against Muslims thinking they are all terrorists.

I have had several experiences in school where the teachers have told us "Not all Muslims are terrorists, it's an extreme"
The teachers strongly advise against our common predjudiced ways.

I agree. All of the Muslim kids at my school seem really nice, and I don't see why anyone would stereotype them as terrorists. Good luck with your goal.
