I am 7 months pregnant and the only preg sign I have had during my whole pregnancy is being tired- tired from the time I wake up til I go to sleep- I'm still working and can barely function because I'm always yawning and ready for a nap- no matter what time I go to sleep I wake up tired. I still have at least 1 month and two weeks before I go on maternity leave.

Any advice on how to make it thru the day feeling like this.....

b 12 shot is a good idea. i would suggest that you just get lots of rest. if you are tired, your body knows what you need.
Good Luck! Maybe you should go on maternity leave a bit sooner.

If your drinking a lot of caffiene, this could make you really tired. If your not getting the nutrition you need, this can also aid to being tired all the time. It is probably just the fact you are working while pregnant. I don't know how many hours you work , what kind of work you do, or how many hours you put in but many women I have talked to said the same thing when they worked and were pregnant.... I am 7 months pregnant as well but I don't work and sleep ALOT! I would say I sleep about 10-12 hours each day!!

I just started feeling tired again and I am just starting my 7th month - I was so disappointed too because it didn't seem like I had a long time with that burst of energy!! But it's normal unfortunately!! This is when the baby REALLY starts to grow.. and so do we!! It's exausting work!! Take naps and go to bed early - at least the next few months you look more pregnant so you get a little more slack!!

Pre-natal vitamins. A healthy diet, some exercise, and actually getting some restful sleep. Drink something warm and relax before you go to sleep, don't just plop in the bed. Your body is in nesting mode. You want to lie down and nurture the growing baby, but since you're working you're going to need a bit of pep. Try eating healthy foods with a bit of sugar for snacks, like graham crackers covered in peanut butter. Or fruit.

I am assuming that your dr. has checked you for anemia. Insist on a hypothyroid TSH test. That could be making you tired. Or maybe you just can't get comfortable in bed, or baby's constantly waking you up in the middle of the night (mine thought it was playtime). If you can afford it, I'd go on leave without pay a month early.

I swear by getting a b12 shot. They suck but boy are you ever more energetic. Also try drinking them new aquafina drinks they are a vitamin supplement drink that have 'happy vitamins' in it. they have b6 and b12 also a ton of vitamin c in it to strengthen your immune system, but if in doubt always ask the doctor

Doc should get you more protein maybe.

Husbie should take over chores, 21st century.

Else, get housekeeper.
