This is a huge surprise from Apple, which usually keeps prices steady while adding new features and offers discounts only when a product starts to get old. Ryan Roth, who bought an iPhone for $599 on Friday, found his purchase to be "the worst timing ever." I believe it is the customer’s fault for buying an iPhone because they wanted an iPhone badly enough to pay $599 for it. At least Apple is offering a refund for anyone who bought an iPhone within the last 14 days, if the item is unopened.

i will manage a cost cut back interior the $50 selection in November to practice for the holiday season. i won't be able to manage a $200 drop a million month after i offered (think of if i might offered 15-day till now the former day). in actuality nonetheless that I do savor being an early adopter, yet to not the music of $50/week. it is a telephone bill. Apple has irreversibly broken their form. they have consistently commanded a top rate for the innovation. The iPhone wasn't "purely yet another telephone." What telephone has an iPod and finished-featured webbrowser AND Google Maps AND digicam... those activities fairly supply me pause to purchase Apple ever returned.

The people who stood in line to get one the day it came out weren't concerned about the price then, so if they're complaining now, they're just cry-babies.
If you bought one right before the price change, then I guess you have a gripe, but Apple's proposing to make good with those people -- at least those who bought within 14 days of the price cut.

Well I didn't buy one either,
so I don't feel ripped off.
I don't plan on getting one either,
unless they become like the 'new'
phone, like the Razr, which I have now,
and I thought that I'd never get it, haha.

happens all the time in electronics. its one of the only commodities that decreases in price the longer its out. people should know that. if they wanted one that bad, then they shouldnt care.

I could care less, since I have no interest in buying one. I don't need a phone that can do all that stuff.
