i am thirteen and sometimes i feel like shouting who ever is in front of me and then i regret it .so i don't know what to do to control it especially during my period.
i am really sorry for bothering u but i need help plzzz.

I would try to get lots of sleep & exercise & eat heathy nutritious foods (organic when you can). Avoid eating greasy fast foods, caffeine & drink lots of water. This should help with your mood swings when you're menstruating. I would keep a journal & find out what gets you so upset...
