Check my question out it says some of my favorites. Read Eragon/ Eldest, The Uglies Trilogy, The Twilight Series, etc first. I would recommend Twilight first though. It's amazing and I just read it but I love all the books I recommended.

I only know of one, and it's Stephens King's CELL.
It's a great mystery/thriller. It also paints vivid pictures in your head.
