Yep just like Popeye the Sailor. I loved spinach as a kid and still do today. I watched those cartoons and really believed I was getting stronger just like him and would go around flexing my biceps.

I hated spinach when I was a kid because my mom had the nerve to serve it to me from a can.
Once I had the REAL thing, raw salads or cooked whole with Virgin Pressed Olive Oil, Garlic, and sautéed with crushed Sea Salt and Pepper to taste its wonderful with a side of pasta and marinara sauce!
Once you try that, there is no going back.
Another version is home made creamed spinach with a beautiful slice of prime rib and mashed potatoes. MMMMM mmm!
In the long run... Yes, I felt stronger from eating spinach, just not canned spinach like the one who gave the answer of ripping the can with his mouth and throwing cars off of cliffs... I'd give that guy best answer... He's for real.

Lately, it's more likely you would wind up eating spinach, immediately followed by a severe case of e.coli. I wash the daylights out of spinach now, but I'm still not comfortable eating it since those outbreaks.

Eggs Florentine is very a properly undemanding breakfast dish and is provided in maximum good worldwide inns. Eggs Florentine's defining element is spinach. I even have eaten it sure; i don't love it extraordinarily.

i still do and it still makes me strong, what i do is i rip the top of the can off with my mouth, swallow the whole dam thing then i gan do things such as well for instance last week i knocked a house off its foundation, and yesterday this guy blocked me in with his car when i was parked so i ate some dam spinage and threw his dam car off a cliff and even now i am smashing my keyboard when i type from the stuff, im for real...
