Things to watch out for:
If they have a generic email address (Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) they are scammers.
If they post replies on this or any other message board they are scammers.
If they ask for some sort of fee upfront to do a loan, they are scammers.
If they do everything via email and do not have a website where you can go and apply, they are scammers.
Seriously, the number of companies that do no collateral, bad credit personal loans in the world are virtually non-existent. Be carefull, people lose thousands of dollars to scammers every day because they are desparate for a loan.
