Ideally, 2-3 times a day, but being a parent and the rest, 3-4 times a week is a reasonable target.
Pauly the Anthro-Dragon "gets some" a lot more than I do, but since he and his beloved Kathy the Anthro-Dragoness have a son, even he has to temper his libido somewhat. Just thought I'd randomly tack that on . . .

Well I would be happy with 14 - 28 times a week.
