If i have T-mobilewith 3 lines family plan can i get antoher line but an AT&T service with my creditcard?

I have 3 line family plan on T-mobile but my son wants AT&T can i still have T-mobile and get AT&T and pay seperate with my Credit/Debit card?

As long as you can pay for the service, there is no reason why you can't have cell phones from multiple providers. You just can't share minutes between the to accounts.
