I own a beverage distribution and would like to sell to these Roach Coachs/Food Trucks that go around to businesses selling food and drinks. Is their a main distribution center where they buy their product. Where would i be able to find out more information about this. I am located in Long Island, New York.

They probably purchase at a mixture of places, including restaurant supply companies, costco, produce companies, etc.

Most of the truck owners/lessees are under contract to buy their sodas, ice, snack items from the place where the truck is leased-garaged and serviced.
The truck owners/lessees buy their breads usually in bulk directly from a bakery. The meats, produce eggs etc are usually purchased at a supermarket after the shift has ended, for the next day or 2.

I would suggest you approach independently operated trucks only to avoid problems with the lessor/truck company
