I, and a few of my upper management co-wokers have recently been given so much work that we feel we are being forced out (we think due to outsourcing). "They" are bringing in an outside company to "map" our processes. We have a new president who does not listen to us, does not communicate unless it is to scrutinize or hand off more work. We are all great employees who have been at this job for years all earning great scores on our reviews. Now, we cannot do our jobs due to workload that cannot be done even in a ten hours/5 days a week. What are our options, can we fight a large corporation who is looking to send our jobs overseas?

Anyone can fight ,
The better question is , Can you win ?

You gave No clues to the actual nature of your work so any responses will be vague and not specifically relevant .

Many companies have decided to outsource jobs overseas and ,
As the owners , they are legally entitled to do this .
Their only limitations are what ever is specified in your contracts .

What do your contracts say ? When do they expire ?

Great employees , great reviews are probably Not the issue .
The probable issue is - What is the $$$$$ savings by outsourcing ?

As long as they give you whatever they agreed to in the contract for terminations / layoffs , it is legal .

If it were me , I would be doing interviews for a new job about 2 or 3 times a week .

yes you CAN fight. however make sure you have enough people because if you fight alone you will more than likely be fired.
