There is no way to make guaranteed money in the markets. Double, triple you money, whatever. Anyone who tells you that you can is a liar and probably a scam artist trying to get your money.
I would suggest you stop looking to get rich quick (that's where all the scam artist are) and look to getting a serious education if you plan to try to make money in the markets.

Open a Forex account. You can get up to 1:200 leverage. Your 1,000 will buy 200,000 worth of foreign currency. 1% movement on the underlying asset, or 2,000, will improve your equity by 200%. Do it SUCCESSFULLY for a day. Then you'll triple it.

take the risk with penny stocks guess right and it can triple in value in an hour, could also fall to next to nothing so....
