Most of the people listed here are just generic Tsunderes. They are a dime a dozen, and you can pretty much find one in every anime. Don't get me wrong, I love Chidori's and Naru's character- but for the title of biggest anger management problem, you need to find someone a little more special.

All the girls in other shows seem to have a temperate Anger problem, but these two lose it!
:) SWITCH Tohru's SUPER SWEET personality around, then it would be her.
Haruhi from Ouran is calm, nice, and tough, so's Ran in Detective Conan... I've never seen Naruto or any other Shonen, I'm a Shojo person!

Mat's answer was very good, especially for all the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai fans (go killer loli's!). But I still think that Lucy from Elfen Lied tops them all. At least from a killer rampage standpoint.

(That's the only anime i watch so...yeah..and dawn's pretty funny when she gets angry...but i wouldnt say BIGGEST anger management problem...)
