Or do we need to file for divorce in the county and state we were married in.

You file for divorce wherever you are considered a resident. Check the residency requirements and go from there, but if you have been in Arizona at least 6 months, most states consider you a resident after that long.

You file for divorce in whatever state, province, or country you are a resident of. It never matters where you married. Think about it. If you had an event wedding in Jamaica, do you think you would have to go there to file for divorce?

It doesn't matter what us state you were married in..you divorce in the state you are a current resident of. So yes you can file in AZ.

Look online. I think you need to be married for at least 2 years to file for divorce in another state.

You file for divorce in the county that you live in... unless its been under 90 days since you moved there. Otherwise, yes... you may divorce where ever you live, not where you were married
