They all do. 16 bars is about 1 minute of music. What you do is select 16 bars of a song that best shows off your vocal abilities and also shows character relating to the role that you hope to get. What's your range? What show and what role are you auditioning for?

You can go to most large music stores like Mr. E's if you have one and they make books with 16 bar selections for auditions you can probably find them online too.
