I have a lot of people in my past who I know I don't have to deal with anymore, but I can't get them out of my mind, & it's frustrating me.

I know how you feel because I've thought about how my ex-best friend betrayed me everyday for almost 2 months now. I have 2 different forms of anxiety disorder and my mind is constantly running so it makes it that much worse. I can actually forgive someone in time after they sincerely apologize but I never forget. After years of getting burned by those that I cared about,t I had a really hard time trusting people and after what my ex-best friend did to me, I can't trust anyone. It really is a sad and lonely way to live. I hate not having anyone to talk to and having to bottle up all of my feelings inside.

Not to bad I have forgiven them but some of the things they said and did are still in mind every once in a while.

I know, I have the same problems, I have revenge on my mind, for this creep that used to tease me when I came home from school, I want to make him pay for what he has done to me, I want to see him suffer. But at the same time, I have learned that you just have to forgive people, because it can ruin your life if you don't.

aww i feel for u b/c i have the same problem...like this old overcontrolling friend i had and an ex boyfriend....its like u kno that there is nothing u have 2 worry about but it still is agravating

my poor husband....my stepfather was a control freak..he would like take the car apart and crap like that so my mother couldnt leave...my husband decided to try that in our first year of marriage....my reaction....you wanna break something,wait?sh!t went flying....and he doesnt try that anymore...or anything like it
