You're 5 weeks. Doctors go by the first day of your last period. You're baby is 3 weeks old, but docs will tell you you're 5 weeks pregnant. Basically you're considered 2 weeks pregnant before you even conceive.

You count from the first day of your last period. You are 5 weeks, but the baby has only been in there for 3 weeks.

if you know youre prego youd be 5 weeks youll not know your prego till at least 4 weeks.
