How can I restore my computer to factory settings. I have NO DISKS and want to wipe out my hard drive. Help

You are tal;king about 2 different things here.
1 is setting your Windows back to factory, and the other is wiping the hard drive completely.
Basically, you can't accomplish either one without the CD.
The only thing you can set back to original is the programs that Windows uses as default (Microsoft OUtlook Express, Internet Explorer etc).
Wiping the hard drive is easy, it will erase everything on your hard drive. You then have a worthless computer without the Windows CD.
Perhaps if you better described the actual problem, then maybe someone could come up with better alternatives....
