How long does it take to fix the front bumper, front side panels, remove a dent from a hood and replace headligths becuase it been close to a month of my accident and no progress by the body shop repair specialist has been made.

Have you contacted the shop that is doing your repairs? When you got an estimate did they say how long it might take to repair it? They might be really busy.

Id have to look at the labor est as well and see how many hours were involved, At the same time I would have to ask how many parts may be on backorder or if te insurance company had done something to hold up the approval of payment for the repairs

3-4 day job with painting involved-max. Take it to another shop. Look at the repair estimate and see how many total hours of repair time are on it---divide 4 hours per day to do the work = how many days, usually. At least, that's how we figure repair times.
