The wavelength (or length between high points or between low points on the wave) is 1/100th of what it was, so the graph looks "squished together" left to right by a lot (100 waves where one used to be.)
The easiest way to draw it would be to draw the graph for cos x, and relabel the x-axis from 0,1,2,3,4, to 0, 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04, etc.

Instead of varying from +1 to 0 to -1 to 0 and back to +1 as Φ goes from 0 to 2π radians. The graph of 300*cos(Φ) varies from +300 to 0 to -300 to 0 and back to +300 as Φ goes from 0 to 2π radians.
