The motorcycle was rearended recently and I replaced the rearfender and taillight assembly. I connected the color coded wires, but have no brakelights or turnsignals and the neutral light doesn't come on. I checked the fuse under the seat on the right side and it was good.

I have now answered my own question. There are blade fuses under the instrument panel where the turn signal indicator lights are. One of those was bad.

Bad ground maybe--check for power at the lights. You need power AND ground to make a circuit.

check ground and corrotion at the wires ends
